Kodianthara Heritage Farm House ( kodianthara Resort ) is an approved heritage building by Government of Kerala Tourism under Gruhasthali Scheme. Despite being over 165 years old, Kodianthara is still in impeccable condition, retaining its ancient glory. Built in the traditional Kerala architecture, the house is set in a sprawling three acres of lush greenery with fish ponds, narrow meandering canals, ayurvedic, fruits, vegetable garden, rubber plantations and coconut groves.
St. Crispin Heritage House Boat was launched on 2009 January 1. House boat has two ducks. The upper deck having conference facility and a capacity to cater to 50 people. Both ducks have a double room with attached bath, a living area, music system and a sun duck. An ideal space for hosting parties and other events.
